Bulgur salad with cucumber, grapes and goats cheese

Ingredients

  • 50 g bulgur
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 2 goat cheese thalers
  • spring onions
  • almond slivers

Instructions

  • Let the bulgur cook for approx. 10 minutes on low heat according to the package instructions
  • In the meantime, wash the spring onions, cucumber and grapes and cut them into bite-size pieces
  • While the bulgur is still cooking, drizzle the two goat cheese thalers with a little honey and briefly fry them in a pan
  • As soon as the bulgur is cooked, put it in a bowl with the spring onions, the cucumber and the grapes and mix everything
  • Taste with dressing, salt and pepper, put everything on a plate and arrange the two goat cheese thalers and the almond slivers on top.
