We live in a time full of hectic, stress and tension. The working days are long, the free time is full of activities and we hardly find any time for ourselves. Food is mostly bought and consumed on the go, or we eat quick and easy-to-prepare ready meals.

Stress, lack of exercise and a poor diet are - as I have experienced firsthand - the main cause of obesity and a variety of diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, ...)

I am convinced that everyone can lead a long and healthy life with the help of yoga and a balanced diet...

  • ...because I have experienced the positive effects of daily exercise and a balanced and varied diet on my own body.
  • ...because I am convinced that a health-conscious lifestyle can prevent numerous diseases and improve the symptoms of already existing diseases.

Furthermore, I would like to show that daily exercise and a healthy diet do not take up much time, are easy to integrate into everyday life and do not mean abandonment.
